Conventional combination boilers:water vapour escapes through the chimney during the evaporation phase and the latent heat remains unexploited.

Combined gas condensing boilers:the exhaust gases exchange energy with the water returned from the heating network and cool before leaving the boiler. Because of this, the latent heat contained the water vapour is released inti the heating system.
- Premix technology ensures high-efficiency combustion using a modulation fan to perfectly mix the combustion air and fuel reaching the burner (air/gas mixer).
- By burning 1 m3 natural gas, 1,7 kg of water vapor is released into the exhaust gases as latent heat. Instead of being lost throygh the exhaust, the water vapor containing latent heat is recirculated and then reheated by a uniquely designed alternator.
- As a resylt of cooling the water vapour at a temperature slightly below the dow point, a condensate is formed which is then drained through o pipette.The condensing technology uses fuel efficiently to ensure high costs savings and sustainable operastion with reduced emissions of pollutants.
