Innovative high-tech collector<\/h3>\n

In its production, for the first time in the world, the BASF\u00ae Colofast\u00ae polymer material is used, which offers perfect adhesion to glass and metal, great torsional rigidity, therefore also robustness, absolute sealing and a perfect finish.<\/p>\n

Automated production<\/h3>\n

The Prisma\u00ae collector is produced in the Calpak factory by a fully automated line, which includes 5 robotic arms and high-tech machines. The automated production helps in the absolute standardization of the production process, thus the absolute guarantee of high quality.<\/p>\n

Absorber: laser welding of copper hydroskeleton on a single super-selective surface<\/p>\n

Collector frame: colofast\u00ae (BASF patened) & zinc coated alloy steel by Arcellor-Mittal<\/p>\n

Collector insulation: fiberglass (thickness 40mm and density 50kg\/m3)<\/p>\n

Collector glass: tempered 3.2mm (safety), low-iron (transmittance >91.5%)<\/p>\n

Tank material: Arcellor-Mittal DC-03 2.5mm steel (according to DIN 10130)<\/p>\n

Welding method\/reservoir control: robotics using artificial intelligence \/ double control at 15bar<\/p>\n

Anti-rust\/cathodic tank protection: direct enameling (according to DIN 4753\/3) magnesium rod (according to DIN 4753\/6)<\/p>\n

Antifreeze: Calpak Nox (Medicated Polypropylene Glycol)<\/p>\n

Tank insulation: expanded ecological polyurethane (43 kg\/m3) 45mm thick<\/p>\n

Tank electrical resistance: 3.5kW inox<\/p>\n
